My name is Andy Welch. My love of adventure started in the Scouts and family holidays to Cornwall,  Wales, university trips to Europe and cycling from Inverness to Fort William over the highlands. It has continued to be a theme because it is makes me feel alive.

I am now studying MA Design Critical Practice at Goldsmiths and through this and my travel experiences (cycling from England across Europe and the Middle East to India , living in the Republic of Georgia ,cycling across Mongolia) I have realised that adventure is a central aspect to getting the most out of life.It is about the vitality of ideas, a way of being and dealing with uncertainty.

I write, post videos and photos on this blog about my travels and about my journey of learning about the things that matter to me in a way that I hope passes on my learning process to everyone.
